We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location near the center of the city made it convenient for us to explore. Moreover, the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Couldn't stay longer.

Spent Xmas at a new hotel in Sampit. Great location close to the city center and government offices. the breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from. Also enjoyed the amenities like the swimming pool and fitness center.
Room was not as clean as expected and staff could have been more attentive to cleanliness. the bathroom could have been better maintained.

Great location, just a short distance from the city center and government offices. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the breakfast options, with a wide variety of choices including both Western and traditional dishes.
I didn't have enough time to enjoy the swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, and spa facilities. It would have been great to try them out during my stay in the city.
